We are working with Currock House Community Centre and Rotary of Carlisle to deliver a social group for people living with dementia.  This starts on Tuesday 13th September at Currock House Community Centre from 2pm to 4pm.  – Poster attached.

We hold monthly coffee and chat at The Bobbin and the next one is on 12th September 2pm to 4pm- poster attached.

We also have monthly walks around Carlisle

We are on a 3 year project Reconnecting Cumbria which aims to restart activities and set off new activities for people aged 50 and over.  This is throughout Cumbria and the AGE UK offices involved are AGE UK West Cumbria, AGE UK Barrow, AGE UK South Lakeland and ourselves, so lots going on.
