Corporate Activity Challenge Event

What & Where

The Get Lost at Lowther Corporate Activity Challenge is an event with a difference.

Think Treasure Hunt meets Taskmaster as you walk, run or #wabjab your way

around Lowther Castle & Gardens whilst thinking smart and scoring maximum

points in 2 hours of fun! (#wabjab - walk a bit, jog a bit).

Held around the beautiful grounds of Lowther Castle & Gardens teams of 5

participants from companies work to complete a series of physical and thought-

provoking challenges in competition with other companies to see who can complete

them in the fastest possible time and win the coveted trophy!

This is corporate networking ‘with a difference’ allowing companies to engage with

business contacts in a challenging but fun event while raising awareness of and

funds for the Lake District Calvert Trust (LDCT)

When

Thursday 14 th September 2023, teams are asked to arrive for 4.30pm, ready to start

the team challenge at 5pm. Teams will receive a briefing from Joe Faulkner of

Penrith based Nav4Adventure.

How & Why

An advanced entry donation of a minimum of £200 per team of 5 is required

NEW NSPCC FUNDRAISING EVENT

 Submitted by Steve Johnston 23rd Sept 2022 A MAJOR fundraising event has been unveiled to raise vital funds for Cumbria’s NSPCC charity. The new Cumbria Fair will take place over two days on October 11-12 at The Garden At Eden, near Carlisle. Its pop-up stalls will showcase many independent Cumbrian producers plus specialist goods from all over the country. Cumbria Fair aims to build on the success of the previous Carlisle NSPCC Christmas Fair which raised many thousands of pounds for the children’s charity. The annual event had to be cancelled because of the Covid outbreak. Introducing the Cumbrian Business Analysis Network!
